Paris: Edward W. Titus, at the Sign of the Black Manikin, 1932. First edition. 146 pp. Deep blue buckram, spine and front board lettered in gilt, with the dust jacket. The jacket shows some edgewear with some very minor chipping, lower corners very slightly bumped, but overall a very clean and fresh copy, unopened. Nin's first book. 550 copies were printed; this is marked "complimentary copy" in holograph. The book was the last title Titus issued under his imprint; Nin wrote it in only sixteen days. Item #2304
