An early version of Feiffer's Tony-nominated play, eventually produced in 1976 under the title Knock Knock. Bloomgarden, the legendary Broadway producer, was not involved with the final production, so this draft is likely an earlier one. The text appears similar to the final published version. Feiffer wrote several plays and screenplays (Carnal Knowledge, among others), along with his ongoing illustrations and cartoons. Item #1609
