Decorations by Rex Whistler. Some minor handling wear, rear pastedown protruding slightly. Title-page, head and tail-pieces, illustrations throughout. One of 412 numbered copies of this revised edition, which includes a new appendix. First printed in 1932, 525 copies were planned, but only about a sixth were bound before it was suppressed by James and the sheets used for this expanded second edition. Item #2137
